1. I HAVE JUST ORDERED WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
A: When an order is processed, we dispatch it on the same day for shipment the day after. This process takes 1 working day. This does not include the weekends.
If we do not have the part in stock, it will take an extra 1~2 days to order from our supplier.
2. ARE THE PARTS BRAND NEW?
A: Fresh new parts are supplied, image photos are for indication only our parts are sealed in brand new packaging from Hyosung.
3. How do I check the ETA and delivery status?
A: Tracking information will be followed with a link and tracking number and your order is shipped, you'll be able to see the current status from there. If you need anything else please contact us.
4. What if I still have not received my package?
A: If you have not received your package within the promised delivery time, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about package status. Please remember that if your package remains in customs unclaimed for a period, it will be returned.
5. My package has missing items
A: Please contact us with photos of your received items, we'll then pass this on to our operations team for the dispatch of replacement or a full refund.
6. What if my ordered item is different from what I've received.
A: If you have received the wrong part, please contact us as soon as you can. Please take a photo of the wrong part and send it to our customer service team. We will replace you with a new part or issue a refund.
7. How can I calculate my shipping cost from your website?
A: Please put your item into the shopping cart and press the ‘check out’ button, then you will find out your shipping cost. The shipping will depend on the weight of the product itself.
8. FREE SHIPPING?
A: Free shipping is applied to all countries within the European countries minimum order of 20 euros are required.
